In a full-scale e-commerce platform (under NDA), I contributed to backend development, database design, and performance optimization—designing a MongoDB database for 1000+ products and users and building 60+ REST API endpoints using Node.js and Express. I improved response time by 50% through query optimization and increased daily active users by 30% during testing, while also implementing pagination and lazy loading to reduce load time by 30% and improve user experience with smoother loading states.

I also build frontends with a Software Engineer (Web) focus on performance and user experience, including a student project where I helped design and deliver a responsive UI and implemented basic backend functionality with Node.js.
