At Katemedia, I worked on a restaurant technology platform spanning pay-at-the-table terminals, kiosks, and web-based administration. I analyzed requirements and collaborated with product owners and stakeholders to define product vision and features.
I implemented new tip-related features, including waiter profiles with photos and personal goals, which increased tips and tip commission received by restaurants. I also designed transaction history and payment-tracking functionality.
I conducted stakeholder interviews and surveys, including on-site interviews during business trips, to gather firsthand insights. I prepared Vision & Scope and functional documentation, created wireframes, and maintained the knowledge base.
At ISsoft, I worked on fitness, construction-audit CRM, and banking applications. My work included eliciting and analyzing requirements, developing diagrams, maintaining project documentation, and serving as a liaison between clients and developers.
