I'm developing downstream purification processes at Alvotech, designing process characterization studies and translating critical process parameters into process validation approaches at manufacturing scale.
Previously at Biocon Biologics and Biocon Research, I optimized Protein A, mixed-mode chromatography, and tangential flow filtration for monoclonal antibody processes, including 2000 L manufacturing-scale formulations.
I've contributed to viral validation strategies, impurity and protein variant isolation for Ogivri and Krabeva biosimilars, and quality-system implementation initiatives including e-LNB, LIMS, and DMS.
