I’m a Senior Principal SDET and Quality Engineer with 19+ years of experience across test automation, distributed systems, APIs, data platforms, and enterprise software.

In my current role at Cornerstone OnDemand, I own quality engineering for an Analytics engineering team, including test strategy, automation, exploratory testing, integration, OData and API testing, release readiness, defect triage, and production monitoring. I’ve built and currently own a C#/.NET and xUnit automation suite of approximately 1,300 tests that provides end-to-end regression coverage and enables comprehensive validation of major builds within a day.

My recent engineering work includes AWS Kinesis-based event-driven systems, REST/OData APIs, SQL and ETL validation, Databricks data pipelines, Selenium automation, and self-provisioning integration frameworks. I also build production monitoring and alerting using Splunk, SQL, APIs, and telemetry to identify service and data issues before they affect customers.

I enjoy solving complex quality problems, designing maintainable automation, exploring systems beyond predefined test cases, debugging distributed workflows, and partnering with engineers and product teams to build quality into the development lifecycle.

I’m particularly interested in Senior/Principal SDET, Quality Engineering, Test Automation, Data Platform Quality, and related engineering opportunities where I can remain hands-on while contributing technical leadership and end-to-end quality ownership.
