What I'm looking for

I’m looking to build reliable enterprise workflows and scalable web backends, using React/Node.js and strong integration debugging. I want to own process improvements and ship performance-focused enhancements end-to-end.

I’m a software developer and technical consultant focused on building and maintaining reliable enterprise workflows and integrations. At 4i apps solutions, I provide technical support for Nama E-Services and troubleshoot workflow execution issues across modules.

I analyze and resolve production and support tickets involving workflow execution, business rules, and system integrations. I’ve also implemented workflow enhancements, business rules, and bug fixes across 10+ operational processes to improve reliability and reduce production defects.

On larger initiatives, I supported workflow fixes for a payment posting initiative processing 667 utility payment records, contributing to a 92.9% successful closure rate. I also build with modern full-stack and AI technologies—developing a RAG-powered fitness Q&A assistant using Pinecone and the Gemini API, and an online judge platform with event-driven processing, Docker sandboxing, EC2 Auto Scaling, and k6 load testing.
