Defined UI mockups and messaging for BYJU'S WIZ AI suite, led UX audits to improve the design system, and drove go/no-go decisions on VR learning. Implemented engagement mechanics and refined design documentation, reducing handoff cycles from 14 to 5 days.

Co-owned design roadmap for EI Mindspark, a B2B adaptive learning platform. Designed gamification systems for 500K students, delivered Gameathon multiplayer competition, and ran ethnographic research to set UX modernization priorities.

Designed game UI, iconography, character art, and marketing assets for casual and social free-to-play mobile games. Built production pipelines and quality benchmarks for distributed teams.
