I'm available for 24x7x365 rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.

At Norsk Hydro, I resolved more than 100 security tickets involving phishing incidents, security alerts, access requests, and remediation. I investigated suspicious URLs and phishing incidents, and monitored alerts with Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike, Splunk, and Secureworks Taegis XDR.

I also coordinated vulnerability remediation with server owners and supported users with Zscaler access issues and Taegis IVM agent installation. In earlier cybersecurity internships, I triaged events using Splunk and Microsoft Sentinel, mapped techniques to MITRE ATT&CK, and completed hands-on investigation exercises.
