At Cognizant, I lead end-to-end QA for Life & Annuity releases for Lincoln Financial Group, planning and executing testing across policy administration, mainframe and downstream systems. I design and execute more than 300 test cases per release and maintain requirements traceability.
I introduced Claude AI for test case generation, requirement analysis and documentation, reducing documentation effort by 75%. I also execute Selenium and Playwright regression suites through Git-based CI/CD pipelines and analyze failed runs.
For Lincoln Financial Group, I create Life insurance test policies with Almost Admin and validate policy data in IMPACT. I also coordinate with Test Data Management teams to source Annuity test data and validate policies in IBM Mainframe.
Earlier at Cognizant, I tested Life & Annuity transactions for Lincoln Financial Group and Property & Casualty applications in Guidewire PolicyCenter for USAA. At PHN Technology Pvt. Ltd., I developed a Hospital Recommendation System using Java and MySQL.
