At PROTECCIÓN S.A., I designed a Python classification model using XGBoost to detect NPS detractors after analyzing key business variables. I also queried, cleaned, and structured data in Google Cloud Platform using SQL and BigQuery.
I developed two Power BI dashboards: one for complaints and NPS root cause analysis, and another for resource and cost control across organizational areas. I also wrote a Python script to automate treasury guarantee reconciliations across internal systems and external financial entities.
I studied Statistics at Universidad Nacional de Colombia - Medellín Campus and co-authored and developed the stests R Package, creating interactive tools and confidence intervals for proportions used in statistical inference.
