Victor Theodoro

At AKER, I own aerodynamic, performance, stability and control analysis for an autonomous electric aircraft programme spanning eVTOL and UAV applications.

I run RANS CFD and Vortex Lattice Method campaigns, design and optimise propellers with Blade Element Theory and NSGA-II in Python, and translate results into flight-dynamics inputs and architecture decisions. I also planned, instrumented and executed a wind tunnel campaign, correlating measured forces and moments against CFD to validate the aerodynamic database.

I produce PSSA packages, including FHA and FTA artefacts, aligned with LSA and eVTOL safety requirements. My work combines aerodynamic development, experimental validation, airworthiness analysis, and clear technical reporting in English.

Before AKER, I helped Tucano UFU achieve 3rd place nationally at SAE Brasil Aerodesign 2023 through high-lift wing and winglet optimisation. I’ve also developed drone prototypes, CAD models, acoustic compliance assessments, and collaborative engineering workflows.
