I’m looking for a Staff/Senior product design role where I can lead design systems, research-led strategy, and measurable UX outcomes in a remote-friendly, cross-functional team—ideally within fintech, healthcare, or AI platforms with real scaling challenges.

I’m a Senior / Staff-level Product Designer with 8+ years of experience designing and scaling complex fintech, healthcare, AI, and data platforms across developed and emerging markets. I own end-to-end product design, build and govern design systems, and influence product strategy through systems thinking, research, and measurable business outcomes—especially in remote, high-leverage, cross-functional environments.

Most recently as Director of Research & Design at Reliance Health, I led a distributed team of 7 designers, owned system-level UX architecture for web and mobile, and architected an institutionalized, token-based design system that accelerated delivery cycles.
