Developed and released the fourth version of the School Information Management System and deployed websites and e-learning platforms for schools. Created and provided e-learning content for students in grades 5-12, supporting their preparation for class and national exams.

Developed and consulted on in-house School Information Management Systems (SIMS) and implemented e-learning platforms for local schools in Ethiopia. Provided technology solutions that enabled schools to operate paperless and efficiently, improving communication with parents.

Provided consultancy services, software development, and implemented Cinema IVR systems. Managed networking, PABX implementation, and computer maintenance for various clients.

Worked as an Avionics Engineer, preparing engineering orders for technicians and testing ACARS (Aircraft Communication Addressing and Reporting System). Ensured aircraft could report real-time maintenance fault data, engine exceedance data, and position reports to headquarters and flight controllers.

Installed, configured, and deployed server operating systems, implemented group policies, and updated patches. Managed user access privileges on network resources and monitored servers for optimal performance.

Developed the company's Intranet Pages using ASP.NET and HTML, centralizing policy manuals and important documents for global staff access. Contributed to a team developing new requirements and modifying existing material management report modules using NATURAL on a UNIX platform.

Gained hands-on experience in various IT domains and understood different operations within the airline industry during an On-the-Job Training (OJT) in the ICT Division. The training provided practical exposure to real-world ICT operations.

Participated in the implementation of the School Net project, a VSAT-based initiative providing broadband access to schools across Ethiopia. This project aimed to deliver equal and quality education nationwide through video lectures broadcast from a central server.
