What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role in administration and accounts where I can own monthly reporting, manage client follow-ups, and contribute to sales/post-sales accuracy—while continuing to learn and grow professionally in a flexible, dynamic team.

I aim to work with an organization that lets me update my knowledge, enhance my skills, and grow professionally while contributing effectively in a dynamic, resourceful environment.

I bring hands-on experience across customer operations and office coordination, including roles as Marketing Executive and Office Co-ordinator, followed by Customer Care Executive responsibilities.

Most recently, I work as an Accounts Manager, where I focus on delivering monthly sales reports and managing client data for both Dubai and India office workstreams.

I also handle post-sales reporting by monitoring older reports and following up with clients for payment, supported by strong time management, consistent performance under pressure, and a willingness to learn new concepts and technologies.
