At Trend Micro, I lead the Integrations Team delivering third-party integrations for its cybersecurity platform. I led the design and delivery of integrations for NinjaOne, Kaseya VSA, and HaloPSA, including their architecture, implementation, CI/CD, deployment, and production support.
I’ve also improved integration service performance and established automatic service-token renewal with AWS Secrets Manager. Earlier at Trend Micro, I developed Django REST Framework features, Redis caching that boosted application performance by 10–15x, and real-time status updates; at Wipro, I developed a Python module to structure SWIFT-BIC data.
