What I'm looking for

I’m looking to transition into the IT sector and build Java web applications using Java, SQL, and JavaScript. I want a team where strong cross-functional communication and project follow-through are valued, and where I can grow through real SDLC work.

I’m a B.Tech graduate with practical experience in corporate HR operations and a strong foundation in software development. In my HR Executive role, I managed end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, handled attendance tracking and payroll administration, and resolved employee relations inquiries to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

I’m now transitioning into the IT sector to leverage my technical skills in Java, JavaScript, and SQL. Through my Java development internships, I built and debugged full-stack Java web applications using J2EE, JSP, Servlets, JDBC, and HTML, and I gained real workflow exposure across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including projects like my IoT-based attendance system.
