At Midland Microfinance Limited, I coordinated recruitment activities, from CV screening and interview scheduling to candidate follow-ups and communication with hiring stakeholders.

I supported HRMS (HRone) processes, including offer-letter generation, CTC data coordination, employee-code activities, and hiring-stage updates. I also coordinated onboarding documentation, background verification, employment checks, and joining records.

I maintained recruitment and employee trackers, reports, and records, working with Zonal HR and internal teams to support accurate, timely updates. At Sonalika International Tractors, my MBA internship gave me exposure to HR processes and workplace coordination.

I create employee announcements, internal campaign visuals, and short videos using Canva and CapCut. I’m interested in inclusive, low-cost engagement activities, recognition initiatives, and feedback-led workplace programmes.
