What I'm looking for
I’m a detail-oriented Procurement Specialist with extensive experience in procurement and vendor coordination, primarily within the oil and gas industry. I support tender, procurement, and commercial workflows—analyzing RFQs, preparing bid documents, and coordinating clarifications to keep submissions accurate and on time.
In my most recent role as Tender & Costing Support within the Contract & Procurement Department, I consolidated supplier and subcontractor quotations, prepared costing input sheets using approved unit rates, and managed organized tender submission packages in compliance with client requirements. I also supported management review and approvals, and followed up with clients on submission status.
I’m comfortable driving procurement processes independently, including PO monitoring and vendor contract support. I coordinate across project, site, finance/accounts, and management teams, maintain procurement records and document control for audit readiness, and support progress claims, billing, and invoice-related documentation.
I work effectively in remote setups and adapt quickly to new systems. I use SAP, SAP Ariba, GEP, and Sesame at user level, with strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills, and I’m proficient with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Microsoft SharePoint to deliver consistently and meet deadlines.
