In my current role, I lead a global cross-border capital allocation engine—systematically mapping commitments from sophisticated NRI networks across the US, UAE, and Singapore for lower-middle-market US real estate and corporate HoldCo assets. I direct pre-acquisition systems due diligence and quantitative financial modeling to define downside risk mitigation and operational arbitrage paths.

On the portfolio side, I engineer post-acquisition Value Creation Plans that drive tech-stack rationalization, supply chain restructuring, and agentic workflow deployment to reduce OpEx. I also oversee institutional communication pipelines, presenting investment memos and tech-stack consolidation blueprints to limited partners and investment committees.

Before that, I founded and scaled a premium online gold and diamond jewelry e-commerce platform, reaching ₹40 Lakhs in annualized sales in the first operational cycle. I built end-to-end digital architecture, inventory tracking mechanisms, and data-driven working capital loops that improved capital efficiency and free cash flow conversion—using the retail platform as a live testing ground for my proprietary value-creation frameworks.
