At Raghuvamsi Machine Tools Pvt. Ltd., I support design and production activities for gas turbine machined components, including crossfire tubes, retainers, and brackets. I develop CATIA V5 models, assemblies, sheet-metal parts, and manufacturing drawings ready for manufacture.
I coordinate with CNC programmers and machine operators to support shopfloor execution, and I apply GD&T to maintain accuracy and manufacturability. I also inspect machined components against engineering drawings and prepare assembly instructions and quality documentation.
Previously, I developed models and technical drawings at Qualipronto Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd. and OptiDesign Solutions Pvt Ltd, using PTC Creo, Creo Parametric, and AutoCAD. My projects include steam turbine blade analysis, a Geneva mechanism cutting machine, smart shoes for the blind, and isolation mounts vibration analysis.
