At JSW Steel, I’m Assistant General Manager – Section In-Charge – Electrical & Automation for a 2607 m³ Blast Furnace. I lead electrical and automation maintenance activities and support preventive maintenance, breakdown analysis, and shutdown work.
I worked on Blast Furnace coal injection projects involving Qlar (Schenck) CDI equipment, including equipment erection and commissioning for BF-2 and commissioning CDI at BF-1. I also worked on installation of a top recovery turbine and a 23.65 MW Blast Furnace blower project.
I worked on SAP PM implementation for Blast Furnace functional locations and equipment, including schedules for critical equipment. My earlier experience includes electrical maintenance, shutdown jobs, and erection and commissioning of 14.5 MW turbogenerator sets at West Coast Paper Mills Ltd.
