I am an experienced Data Scientist with a strong background in recommendation systems. In my current role at COUTURE AI, I am part of the Semantic Search and B2C Recommendations Team, where I contribute to strengthening core data science capabilities for AJIO, a major fashion eCommerce platform. One of my key achievements has been engineering and deploying a Recommendation System Pipeline for AJIO, handling over 1.6 million products daily. This system has resulted in a 5% increase in Click-Through Rate (CTR), 2% increase in 'View to Add-to-Cart' conversions, and a 1% increase in 'Add-to-Cart to Checkout' conversions during A/B testing.
I have also developed Textual Similarity and Image Similarity Modules, leveraging finetuned transformer models for candidate generation as part of Content Based Filtering. Additionally, I have designed an ETL module to harness Collaborative Filtering via Google-Analytics ClickStream Data interactions. I am skilled in constructing dashboards to monitor key online metrics and have successfully optimized search relevance through query-substitution pipelines, resulting in a reduction in Zero Search Results (ZSR) and improved user satisfaction.
