What I'm looking for

I'm open to relocating to the UK or EU for a leadership role in pharmacovigilance and drug safety, where I can strengthen automated safety operations, quality systems, regulatory compliance, and high-performing teams. Sponsorship is required.

At Continuum India LLP, I lead Global Safety Operations for U.S. pharmaceutical and consumer clients, managing case-processing, literature review, signal detection, aggregate reporting, and regulatory submissions.

I have helped design, test, and implement automated literature-review workflows that reduced manual workload by 40%, while partnering with IT teams to integrate tools into pharmacovigilance databases.

I build quality-focused teams through coaching, training, KPIs, governance forums, CAPA management, and inspection readiness. I have also scaled operations at Parexel from approximately 100 to 400 members for a major European pharmaceutical client.

Across 14+ years in drug safety, I have developed global EMBASE and Medline search strategies and supported compliant post-marketing safety operations under FDA, EMA, and Health Canada frameworks.
