At Money Forward, I led a team designing and delivering payment reversal and return capabilities for SMBC Money Forward, a greenfield digital bank. I designed Java and Spring Boot APIs with layered idempotency and a restart-safe state machine to support safe retries and recovery.
At Fidelity Investments, I modernized Java digital messaging APIs on the Genesys contact centre platform, supporting more than 9 million customer interactions annually. I also designed and delivered a serverless Amazon Connect chat solution through production, and helped reduce chat disconnections by 50% and transfers by 30%.
Earlier, at Atmel, I designed Atmel Studio IDE and built QTouch Composer for capacitive touch technology. I hold an AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification.
