I manage sovereign, diplomatic, corporate, and hospitality infrastructure programmes in Doha, with a career portfolio exceeding QAR 300M across India and the GCC.
At Gulf Contracting-Interserve (Interspace), I lead multiple live packages across a QAR 164M+ portfolio. I delivered the Doha Expo 2023 Oman Pavilion through coordination across Oman, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar, including the successful transport and repatriation of endangered trees under a 48-hour survival constraint.
As sole PM for Tower 121 fit-out packages, I compressed an accelerated programme by 50%, led multinational teams of up to 250 people with zero critical safety incidents, and managed FIDIC Yellow Book processes from EOT claims through final account closure.
Earlier, I delivered sovereign palace and Mandarin Oriental Doha programmes, navigated a principal contractor failure without disrupting completion, and built my delivery foundation on landmark hospitality projects including ITC Grand Chola and The Westin.
