At Meesho, I build seller-facing backend systems across returns, claims, payouts, supplier support, and Valmo identity access management. I’ve shipped Returnless Refunds across four microservices, contributing +1.42% NMV, 43% funnel conversion, and 56% order retention.
I architected a PBAC/ABAC authorization layer for Valmo’s unified Identity & Access Governance initiative, consolidating six logistics platforms, five authentication systems, and four user-ID schemes. I also rebuilt claims ticketing from suborder to AWB granularity, owned a Claims supplier-panel experience serving approximately 14K DAU, and reduced “claims do not get approved” NPS detractors by around 10 percentage points.
I enjoy solving distributed-systems and system-design problems with Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, MongoDB, and OPA. Earlier, I led a five-person team to build an online thesis-approval platform for IIITDM Jabalpur, and I’m a LeetCode Knight and IVP Code Rush 3.0 AIR-5 finalist.
