At PayPal (via Tata Consultancy Services) I maintained 99%+ uptime across thousands of applications, handled 5–15 incidents weekly, performed root-cause analysis to reduce mean time to resolution, and translated complex telemetry into concise summaries for non-technical stakeholders. I also analysed Kafka event streams and administered Linux systems and database health operations.

I am seeking to transition into Business Intelligence or Cloud/Data Engineering roles where my analytical depth, production-scale data exposure, and ability to turn telemetry into measurable business outcomes can drive impact.
