I'm a Company Secretary (ACS 76806) currently working as an Associate at PS Rao & Associates, where I manage corporate governance, SEBI compliance, FEMA/RBI matters, and secretarial audits for listed and unlisted entities.

I've supported rights issues, private placements, warrants, takeover activities, and cross-border fundraising through FCGPR and FCTRS filings. I was awarded by Bodh Tree Consulting Limited for independently conducting and completing its Rights Issue.

I coordinate Board and General Meetings, prepare notices, agendas, resolutions, minutes, annual reports, and statutory filings. I also handle listing disclosures, shareholding patterns, SAST disclosures, NBFC compliance, corporate actions with NSDL/CDSL, and MCA e-forms.

My experience includes company incorporations, name changes, Startup India recognition, strike-offs, share transfers, authorized capital changes, due diligence, and XBRL financial statement filings.
