At Global Monarch, I built and operate an internal LLM assistant that staff use daily, connecting retrieval over company knowledge with internal APIs, PostgreSQL, tool calling, prompt orchestration, and persistent session context.

I turn agent improvements into measurable outcomes by building evaluation sets from real user queries and known-bad cases. I track correctness, grounding, retrieval hit rate, latency, token spend, and tool-call traces so regressions are caught before rollout.

I also architected Azure data pipelines that standardized multi-source schemas and cut report-generation time by 50%, while running asynchronous ingestion, embedding refresh, and enrichment workflows across CRM, ERP, and market feeds.

Beyond enterprise systems, I shipped Spliced, a top-10 paid iOS bill-splitting app in the UK and India, and built PLAYOFF’s computer-vision pipeline solo. I bring 4+ years across ML and data engineering, including hands-on ownership of production systems, data platforms, and human-in-the-loop safeguards.
