I've supported Accounting and Finance operations at India Informatics, managing receivables, invoice processing, payment follow-ups, and financial-data records.
I reconciled customer and vendor accounts, identified payment differences, deductions, and short payments, and helped resolve invoice and credit memo queries.
I prepared Excel-based reports, trackers, and supporting documentation while coordinating with internal teams and external parties. I also assisted with Amazon Seller and Vendor Central invoice uploads and payments.
