I am a dedicated and detail-oriented Apprentice at KGIS Invicta Services, where I have gained hands-on experience in end-to-end invoice processing over the past year. My proficiency in utilizing industry-standard tools such as SAP and DCIW has enabled me to manage and process invoices with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency. I take pride in maintaining exceptional accuracy in my work, consistently minimizing errors and preventing client escalations.

In my role, I have handled various types of invoices, including PO-Invoices, Non-PO Invoices, Credit notes, and SGINV Invoices using the SAP GUI Tool. I actively engage in client communications through calls, chats, and emails, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Additionally, I provide peer support by clarifying doubts and assisting teammates during invoice processing, contributing to a more knowledgeable and cohesive team environment.
