I've led animated productions at Guru Studio and Industrial Brothers, including PAW Patrol, Mecha Builders, Top Wing, Remy and Boo, and Justin Time Go. I oversee work from concept development through final delivery across 2D and 3D pipelines.
On PAW Patrol, I managed global teams of 150+ while aligning schedules, creative feedback, budgets, and client deliverables with Spinmaster and Nickelodeon. I've also recruited and onboarded 50+ artists and crew, negotiated vendor and talent agreements, launched service studio teams in Indonesia and Ireland, and supported project bids and studio planning.
As a freelance producer, I deliver commercial, branded content, and stills photography projects while balancing creative, operational, and financial priorities.
