I seek a leadership accounting role in a values-driven company where I can lead teams, streamline processes, handle US tax and payroll, support audits, and drive operational improvements while continuing professional growth.

I am an accounting professional with over 10 years of experience across small, medium, and large businesses, including real estate, e-commerce, retail, restaurants, NGOs, hospitals, and law firms. I deliver end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

I currently serve as an accounting team leader, supervising and mentoring staff to ensure timely, accurate financial processes and deliverables. I prioritize process improvements, automation, and cross-functional collaboration to drive efficiency and quality.

I have deep technical experience in US tax and payroll, including sales tax filing across 27 states, trust (IOLTA) accounting, payroll reconciliation (Form 941/W‑2), month-end close, and audit support. I am proficient with Workday, Xero, QuickBooks (Online/Desktop), SAP, ADP, Gusto, Paychex, Paylocity, ApprovalMax and a variety of practice and payroll tools.
