What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a leadership role in higher education where I can teach Economics, drive NAAC/IQAC quality assurance, implement NEP-aligned curriculum, mentor faculty and students, and contribute through research, academic audits, and policy-support work.

I’m an Associate Professor in Economics with 24 years of teaching experience and 17 years of administrative experience, focused on strengthening academic quality and student outcomes. With a Ph.D. in Economics, I teach across UG and PG levels and bring expertise in labor laws, public finance, money & banking, and managerial economics.

I also lead at the institutional level—coordinating IQAC, NAAC processes, and academic audits, and taking responsibility for curriculum implementation and quality enhancement initiatives. In roles such as Deputy Registrar and IQAC Coordinator, I supported compliance with regulatory standards (AISHE, UGC portals, Digi-Locker, Academic Bank of Credits, CUET) and helped drive A+ NAAC accreditation, while continuing to publish research and develop academic reports and prospectus content.
