What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead scalable Agile programs where I can improve delivery predictability, build AI-enabled operational workflows, and align teams around measurable business outcomes.

I'm currently leading Zeta's Agent-Centric Engineering program, building an internal platform with a CLI, Agent Fabric, and Metadata Services to improve agent-led engineering efficiency. I also built a VS Code-based AI agent using GPT-4, Claude, and GitHub Copilot to automate productivity reporting.

At Junglee Games, I led the Transactions Team for Rummy, the company’s highest revenue-generating product. I delivered a 100% quarterly roadmap completion rate and rolled out initiatives including Rummy Subscription, TDS Year Cut Settlement, Super Deposit Limit, and White Goods Handling.

Across Zeta, I transformed delivery from Wagile to Agile for Optum, achieving 92% delivery predictability. I’ve led release trains across Fraud, Risk, Payment Planning, and Transaction Simulation for Visa, MasterCard, and AMEX, and reduced production issue management by 98% through Hypercare programmes.

I bring hands-on program governance, Jira administration, KPI/SLA management, vendor operations, and stakeholder alignment. I enjoy using AI, data, and Agile practices to make delivery more predictable and scalable.
