At LHV, I lead technical delivery for business-critical payment gateway services built with Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, AWS, and Spring Boot. I redesigned payment workflows for event-driven processing and added protections against duplicate processing.

I also designed React and TypeScript operational tools backed by Rails APIs, helping support teams investigate transactions, retries, reconciliation states, and failed events without direct database access. I strengthen reliability with testing, monitoring, staged deployments, and rollback strategies.

At Glia, I developed Rails and Elixir services for real-time customer communication across voice, video, and digital channels. I addressed session-state inconsistencies with explicit state transitions, event deduplication, retry handling, and asynchronous processing.

Earlier, at LHV, Astro Baltics, and Raintree Estonia OÜ, I worked on investment and financial workflows, ERP and retail integrations, and medical record and billing systems. I’ve also worked across production operations, technical design, and mentoring engineers.
