At Akidev Corporation, I developed sales features for Bigge Crane and Rigging Co's Sales Cloud and managed the migration of Visualforce pages and other features from Classic to Lightning. I also developed an Opportunity-cloning LWC and mobile-friendly task logger components.
For META's Service Cloud, I led development of custom Omni-Channel routing and built intake forms and a Critical Case Escalation component. I also configured Email-to-Case and routing rules, and supported migrations and routing-defect fixes.
As Technical Lead for General Mills' Box Tops 4 Education Experience Cloud project, I coordinated front-end, back-end, API, and mobile teams. I developed Aura and LWC features, including API-driven leaderboards, and validated API callouts.
