At Axxon Consulting, I support and enhance Dynamics 365 Sales for the Transportadora de Gas del Sur (TGS) project. I refined user stories and bugs, configured opportunities, quotes, and contracts, and automated the approval workflow across all five business units.
On the Nación Servicios project, I configured a Copilot for Service workspace, a Copilot Studio agent with a knowledge base, and an Omnichannel workstream with handoff to a human agent. For Cofiño, I developed the “Traslados” canvas app in Power Apps with Dataverse and Power Fx.
