Valentine Asogwa

I’m an entry-level AI Data Annotator and data analyst who thrives on detail, accuracy, and consistent delivery. I’m motivated by challenging opportunities where I can fully use my skills for the success of the organization.

At First Bank of Nigeria (2022–2023), I collected, cleaned, and analyzed large datasets related to customer data, transactions, and account activities. I also assisted in identifying unusual transaction patterns to support fraud detection and risk management processes.

Through my assistant data analyst project, I defined rules (e.g., large withdrawals and multiple transactions in seconds) and used Python or SQL to flag anomalies. The result was a fraud alert system with a report showing flagged transactions, even when the approach was simple.

With a Bsc in Computer Science from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (2020–2024), I’ve built foundational knowledge in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision. I bring strong attention to detail, annotation guidelines interpretation, and basic cybersecurity awareness, along with graphics design experience and the ability to follow complex annotation guidelines in remote work environments.
