What I'm looking for

I'm looking for people-facing work where I can use my intercultural communication and language skills to support visitors, customers, or communities in a reliable, welcoming environment.

I guide visitors at Kalatà S.r.l. during tours of the Dome of San Gaudenzio in Novara, helping audiences and groups engage with a landmark cultural site. I also supported visitor reception and surveillance for the 2024–2025 METS Art Exhibition.

Alongside my Language Mediation and Intercultural Communication degree from the University of Milan, I’ve worked in retail, museums, and hospitality while supporting myself financially. I bring customer service, cash management, cultural awareness, and Italian, English, French, Russian, and Japanese language skills, and I volunteer with E.N.P.A. and as an Italian language and culture teacher for Ukrainian refugees.
