What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build thoughtful digital products end-to-end, bringing interaction design, sensory research, and scalable frontend systems together.

Frontend Developer & Design Engineer with 6+ years building digital products end-to-end, from concept and interaction design through to shipped React, TypeScript, and Next.js code. My practice bridges sensory design and frontend engineering: I have built responsive, sensor-driven interactive installations and production SaaS interfaces. I care about the craft of interaction and how something feels to use, beyond mere function. My signature is bringing design sensibility into component architecture, performance, and quality code.

Most recently I built Carmela Collective end to end, a Latin American cultural platform I co-founded in Amsterdam: brand identity, UX, and the full Next.js build, through to the ticket purchase journey. Before that, production frontend at Bravoure on booking and checkout flows for large-scale events including UNVRS Ibiza and Best Kept Secret Festival, and a data-heavy B2B dashboard at Autofill Technologies.

My background is in industrial design at Design Academy Eindhoven, which still shapes how I work, I came to code through objects and materials. That includes qualitative UX research at Signify Philips Lighting, where I developed a methodology for how physical product attributes shape perceived value, and interactive installation work like the sensor-driven Silence of Blue.
I'm Colombian, based in Amsterdam, and I can fluidly and confidently work in English, Spanish, French and Portuguese.
