At LTIMindtree, I developed a Power Platform legal hold solution for JCI to replace the legacy Exterro system. I implemented case lifecycle workflows, migrated historical data to Dataverse with audit traceability, and created a configurable notification framework.
I also developed a Copilot agent for SAP password reset and unlock, integrating Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Automate with SAP OData services. The production-ready solution enabled self-service access through Microsoft Teams.
At Wartsila India Pvt Ltd, I developed Canvas Apps for inspection reporting, supplier equipment tracking, gift registration, and risk events. Earlier, at Lionbridge Technology Pvt Ltd, I developed SharePoint applications and supported SharePoint sites, forms, and workflows.
