Vaishali Molane

I’m a Technical Team Lead with 17 years of experience delivering enterprise-grade applications using Microsoft .NET and Microsoft Azure. I lead Agile teams to design scalable, cloud-native microservices architectures and manage end-to-end SDLC with a strong focus on delivery predictability.

In my current role, I designed and developed enterprise applications on Azure, deployed microservices on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), and strengthened release reliability by building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps. I actively collaborate across stakeholders during PI planning and sprint ceremonies, ensuring delivery aligns with business objectives.

I’m known for engineering best practices: I run code reviews, enforce coding standards, mentor team members, and support production through release governance and production support. I also coordinate offshore–onsite work to troubleshoot issues quickly and minimize downtime.

I’ve delivered solutions across Healthcare, Medical Devices, and Hospitality domains, including healthcare automation and claims processing, remote monitoring for medical devices, and hospitality booking and guest services. I also bring validated Azure expertise through AZ-900 and AZ-104, and I’ve been recognized with awards such as Employee of the Year and Customer Delight/WOW.
