What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my experience in appellate litigation, commercial transactions, energy law, corporate governance, compliance, and dispute resolution while contributing to high-impact legal and business projects.

At Omorogbe Iyasere Kayaode and Co., I represent clients in appellate and High Court proceedings, prepare court processes and briefs, and draft commercial instruments including land sale agreements, MOUs, retainers, and service-level agreements.

I've also supported energy projects involving Renaissance (Shell), Total, ExxonMobil, and Indorama, conducted regulatory and legal research, advised on dispute-resolution strategies, and carried out property and corporate due diligence. My work spans litigation, corporate compliance, energy law, commercial transactions, and client advisory.
