I designed and implemented Citrix XenApp solutions for organizations in energy services, pharma, and banking, including a Citrix XenApp 7.15 solution and a Citrix XenApp 7.6 Cloud solution.

In insurance projects, I migrated Citrix XenApp 7.x infrastructures, integrated applications, and supported client software and patch management. I also created PowerShell scripts for cloud and user-profile migrations and Citrix environment monitoring.

In my most recent permanent role, I set up a new Citrix XenApp 2402.x environment and implemented Citrix NetScaler 14.1.x. I also designed and implemented Horizon Omnissa VDI and Azure Virtual Desktop infrastructures.

After a period of further training, including courses in Azure automation, security, and AI, I returned to infrastructure work. My certifications include ITIL Foundation, Prince2 Foundation, Certified Cloud Professional, and Citrix credentials.
