What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my due diligence, financial-crime and regulatory experience to complex integrity, compliance and risk matters across Nigeria, West Africa and cross-border transactions.

At BCL Consulting, I conduct integrity and enhanced due diligence reviews for individuals, companies and prospective business partners across Nigeria and West Africa.

I investigate ownership interests, litigation, regulatory issues, political exposure and reputational concerns through corporate, media and public-record research. I also support fraud and financial crime investigations, including beneficial ownership and source-of-wealth reviews.

Previously, at Lexend Legal Practitioners, I advised sponsors, investors and corporates on M&A, joint ventures, PPPs and project finance. I led legal due diligence workstreams, structured transactions and developed AML/CFT, KYC and data-protection compliance frameworks.

My experience at the Central Bank of Nigeria and Corporate Affairs Commission strengthened my grounding in banking regulation, customer due diligence, corporate governance, ownership and regulatory compliance.
