I am an Implementation Officer with a strong background in healthcare software and a dedicated focus on QA Automation Engineering. My experience encompasses a deep understanding of Hospital Management Information Systems (HMIS) and their end-to-end workflows. I excel in writing test cases and executing various testing methodologies, including regression, sanity, and automation testing using Cypress. My expertise lies in software implementation, security awareness, and client handling, which allows me to deliver high-quality software solutions tailored to the needs of healthcare professionals and patients.

Currently, I work as an Implementation Officer and QA Analyst at Midas Health Services, where I participate in the implementation and validation of HMIS modules. I ensure that system configurations align with hospital workflows and compliance standards while performing detailed testing of HMIS functionalities. My role also involves assisting in automation testing, which has significantly improved test cycles and accuracy across critical HMIS components.

In addition to my technical skills, I have experience as a Vice IT Coordinator at Youth Advocacy Nepal, where I supervised network operations and collaborated with cross-functional teams. My educational background includes a BSc (Hons) in Computer Network and IT Security, and I hold several certifications in cybersecurity and software testing. I am passionate about leveraging my skills to contribute to innovative healthcare solutions.
