I am a dedicated litigator and corporate lawyer with experience representing clients in high-profile appellate matters and advising on corporate governance, M&A, contract negotiation, and regulatory compliance. I combine courtroom experience with in-house corporate advisory work, having handled appellate representation, company secretarial duties, and drafting commercial and employment agreements.
