What I'm looking for

I want to lead user-centred product design that improves onboarding, usability, and trust—while building scalable design systems that teams can ship faster. I’m excited to work on conversion-focused UX/UI redesigns and measurable, end-to-end improvements.

I’m Usman Asgher, a software engineer turned UX/UI designer, driven by a passion for creating user-centred digital experiences. I help companies deliver exceptional product design—building interfaces that are not only aesthetically pleasing, but consistently seamless in functionality. I bring a holistic approach that ensures the end product aligns with users’ needs and expectations.

In recent roles, I’ve led major UX/UI redesigns and improved core flows across both user and admin experiences. At TestTrick, I worked on simplifying assessment flows, improving usability, and creating a conversion-focused experience, including a scalable design system and complete UI/UX redesign for assessment and job form flows. At SynapseInternational, I led a full platform redesign to improve functionality, engagement, and trust, including streamlined onboarding and an AI agent interface; previously, at Gigbase, I shaped the core UX and visual language to simplify communication, collaboration, and productivity.
