I’m a Senior QA Engineer with 6+ years of experience delivering reliable software through both manual and automated testing in healthcare and payment systems. I bring strong ownership across STLC, test design and execution, and defect management, ensuring coverage that matches real business needs and sprint timelines.

At US Bank, I designed and maintained comprehensive test plans and test cases from requirements, then validated end-to-end payment workflows—including ACH, wallet, chargebacks, and reimbursements—across multiple applications and releases. I also strengthened quality through API testing (Postman), SQL validation for data integrity, and familiarity with BDD (Gherkin).

I’m particularly focused on improving automation and release confidence. I led integration of CI/CD pipelines for automated build and deployment using GitHub Action, and implemented Robot Framework (Python) to accelerate repetitive financial transaction testing, improving accuracy and operational efficiency.

Earlier, at Palash Healthcare Solutions, I led functional, regression, and system testing for OPD/IPD workflows and inventory management, validating backend data integrity with SQL and managing defects end-to-end in Jira. I’ve mentored junior QA analysts and contributed to reporting and analytics accuracy to support healthcare and financial regulatory compliance, and I’m now re-engaging with the Finnish job market while continuing to enhance my automation skills.
