Client-side Project Engineer coordinating multidisciplinary design and construction activities for a London Underground refurbishment programme upgrading customer toilet facilities. Managed technical coordination across architectural, MEP, fire, civils, accessibility and specialist disciplines, and provided design assurance via RFIs, reviews, site inspections and risk/engineering query resolution.

Stage 3 apartments package lead for private sale residential tower delivery as part of the Canada Water master plan. Coordinated technical inputs with the Principal Architect and the consultant team.

Prepared a Pre-App submission to assess the viability of a new three-bedroom penthouse replacing an existing sun room for a client apartment at Gee St. Developed outline design and concept documentation for client approval and produced documentation for submission to Islington Council.

Led spatial planning and Stage 2 concept design for the White City Living Phase 3 penthouse. Prepared client presentations and material specification/boards, coordinated with architects and consultants, and delivered the Stage 3 information package.

Package lead delivering Stage 3 information packs for apartments, common areas and private resident amenity at Bow Green. Coordinated contractor liaison for the delivery of the Bow Common Marketing Suite and led the Stage 3 package for a health and relaxation gym and spa.

Reviewed an existing architectural proposal for St Pancras Hospital due to client uncertainty around space quality and apartment saleability. Contributed to a wholesale building review to improve layouts/efficiency, including work to accommodate a second staircase, and supported early pre-planning delivery shaping the development’s quality and affordability.

Package lead producing Stage 3 information packs for apartment and private resident amenity at Stratford IQL. Provided technical coordination with the Principal Architect and consultant team to support delivery of design development.

Stage 2 and Stage 3 designer for the “Stay Over” over-night rooms package at White City Living Phase 4. Managed brief clarification and coordinated client liaison with the architect and consultants.

Client-side Construction Stage Compliance Monitoring Team providing QA and design guidance to the Main Contractor and subcontractors during internal fit out for market apartments and resident amenity at Kings Cross Capella. Conducted progress reviews, design package support, factory visits for joinery, and client-side snagging of internal fit-out elements.

Area lead architect and site liaison lead for Crossrail Whitechapel Station main concourse. Led contractor and subcontractor liaison for design drawing delivery, reviewed/resolved design queries and RFIs, managed F2 approval processes, and coordinated multidisciplinary inputs for as-built drawing delivery with a CAD team.

Senior architect for Crossrail Paddington Station construction site support. Reviewed and responded to RFIs across RIBA F1/F2, administered approval processes for subcontractor F2 drawings, and supported site issue resolution via meetings, site visits, and materials/mock-up reviews.

Senior architect on the London Bridge Station Redevelopment construction site. Approved mock-ups/samples and supported day-to-day site issue resolution through inspections, and administered drawing approval processes for subcontractor F2 submissions to enable fabrication.

Senior designer for the Rio 2016 permanent tennis venue, leading layout and facade design while coordinating with consultants and the master planning team. Prepared drawing packages, 3D models and CGIs, and supported client presentation and visualiser coordination; also supported brief writing for Olympic venues.

Produced design information for VIP and VVIP areas of Perth Stadium, including internal layout planning and coordination with services. Prepared drawings/GA sets, 3D models and CGIs for the designated areas.

Coordinated and managed workflow between multiple architectural companies for the Olympicopolis competition proposals for Culture and Education Quarter institutions and housing. Coordinated drawings’ content, ensured coherency across the scheme, and coordinated CGIs/liaisons for the team.

Led planning of internal layouts and developed massing and facade concepts for Lia Manoliu Multi-purpose Sports Arena. Coordinated with services and structural engineering, coordinated CGIs, and led a team of three junior architects for final concept output.

Worked on Kings Cross Station redevelopment in a construction site support role for a novated architect. Reviewed and implemented approval processes for mock-ups/samples/materials, attended factory visits and workshops, supported day-to-day supervision, and contributed to tender documentation and building contract administration.

Developed spectator areas and ancillary spaces for King Abdullah Sports City, including layout preparation, 3D modelling and CGI preparation. Delivered concept and schematic design for building student accommodation, coordinating internal layout resolution and facade studies with consulting teams.

Seconded to Thomas Heatherwick Studio to develop brief and concept design proposals for a residential scheme competition entry in Asia, including a mixed-use scheme concept for Singapore. Supported brief and concept development through design proposal preparation.

Seconded to Thomas Heatherwick Studio to develop brief and concept design proposals for a private mixed-use commission in Abu Dhabi. Contributed to concept work supporting client-facing scheme development.

Concept and design development for the restoration and renovation of Qasr Al Hosn Cultural Quarter in Abu Dhabi. Designed vertical “Garden Cores” and developed pedestrian route connections across underground and overground elements of the complex.

Contributed to Seef Citadel masterplan concept work for a large-scale reclaimed land development in north Bahrain. Produced brief development and concept design package preparation responsibilities for the masterplan proposal.

Worked on Energy City II within Lusail Industrial City, supporting concept design development and responsibility for the drawing package and schedules. Prepared scheme documentation for the proposal.

Contributed to brief development and design proposal for Almaza Spa Hotel, including hotel room layout design for a luxury wellness centre and hotel. Prepared proposal documentation supporting client appraisal and design intent.

Developed concept and scheme design proposals for a hospitality complex (Kalamata), including hotels, conference centre, spa, village, private villas and golf. Produced concept/scheme documentation for the proposed resort components.
